Leadership 1 Review & Advanced Practice
Module 1 revisits the core concepts from Leadership Training Level 1 to build a deeper understanding of leadership's real-world applications. Participants re-examine personality and leadership types and build on what they learned in Level 1 to lead with more confidence and consistency.
Module Expectations
- Update on results achieved since Leadership 1.
- Review and practice learning objectives from Level 1.
- Update your personal and professional goals.
- Review the 4 communication styles and how to relate to each.
- Practice effective project management using the 9-step process of achievement.
- Discover the 7 leadership types and when to use each one.
Life & Time Management
Module 2 gives participants a greater ability to evaluate and prioritize what matters most, along with real time-management techniques that drive results. Using the Urgency/Importance Matrix, participants build a personal time management plan for greater effectiveness.

Modules 3 & 4 focus on Emotional Intelligence — the 4 skill areas that strengthen leadership in both personal and social competence. Participants examine personal awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management, learning to balance reason and feeling to lead more effectively and earn real respect.
